We have supposedly created that can disconnect you from the insanity of this society and it will reconnect you with something greater than yourself and I do not care what you call it God calls it the world call it life or magical when you begin to become appreciative for life there is a certain power that will bring you even more reasons to be appreciative.

It is one of life's biggest paradoxes when you're in a state of needing this and needing it doesn't matter how much you get you'll never have enough when you can have the courage to be grateful for what you already have life will bless you with even more.

If you have an illness or disease be thankful for the parts of your body that I healthy those positive emotions will spread and the fair release will make you feel better if you're really spreading positive vibes and gratitude for your health chances are you can replace your prescription medication with positive thoughts and practice gratitude in a very short space of time.

Number three: opportunity we are living in an age abundant with opportunity never has there been a time in human history but more choices to make your own income do things you love in your own way spend more time and get paid for it the early possible now is virtually limitless and unlike several years ago you don't need fancy schooling to attain all you need is a wheel to learn and a wonderful belief in yourself.

Be thankful for the abundance of chances and trust your intuition on which path you should take it may not happen right away and you will fail many times before you get to success but you can remain grateful for there's always opportunity to start again and now with much more wisdom.

Number four: the people in your life this doesn't mean you must feel love for all family members and friends at all times you might feel thankful for some family members but I have told you valuable life lessons like how you do not want to be you might be thankful for some who have to give you pain for they made you stronger but most importantly be grateful for the family and friends you love the most.

Those that will always stand by your side no matter what if you are not counting your blessing to have this in your life right now be grateful that you're on a path to becoming an individual that will bring in those individuals in your life in the near future be thankful you could be that grateful person for someone else as you were shown the reverse.

Number five: be thankful for the hard times, the hard times our best teachers and where we grow our strength and personality the most it's certainly not easy feeling appreciative of challenging times especially when you're in the middle but in the event that you can remember some difficult moments from your past.

I'm sure you will find that most often those difficult times lead to something greater in life is not always easy and that is exactly how it was meant to be it would be a pretty boring existence if everything went exactly the strategy every time be grateful for the challenges the pain and struggle for it made you who you are today and you are perfect exactly as you are.
