A Banana is a fruit. It is yellow in color. It is sweet in taste. Banana is available throughout the year and in every season. The peel of the banana is yellow in color and it is white in color from the inside.

Its pulp is very soft. The Banana is long in the shape. Bananas grow in bunches on a banana tree. A big flower comes from a banana tree. Banana is green in color when unripe and turns yellow after ripening.

A, B and C vitamins are found in bananas. So many elements such as minerals, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and phosphorus are also found in bananas. Banana is very beneficial for our health.

Banana is a treasure of virtues. Consuming this can prevent heart disease, digestion, brain, high blood pressure, diabetes, diarrhea, stress, and many other diseases.

Banana is also used with milk which leads to rapid weight gain and strong bones. Many types of food items like juice, shakes, chips, snacks, and namkeen are also made from bananas. Vegetables are also made from raw bananas.

In banana cultivation, there should be good water, sufficient fertility, and moisture in the soil for bananas. The most special thing about the banana tree is that there is no wood in its tree.

It is made of leaves. Its leaves are big and wide. Planting a banana tree in the house is considered auspicious. A banana tree is worshipped by Hindus. Banana fruit is widely used in worship and is also offered to God. It is produced the most in India. Banana is my favorite fruit. It is very beneficial for our health.
