Increase your exercise day by day,

Keep at it and you will find a way,

Eating healthy food every day,

Increase your immunity day by day,

Always do meditation and yoga,

Save yourself the stress and roger 

Early to be to bed and early to rise,

Make a man healthy, wealthy and wise,

I follow always these rules,

Start hurry up don't make yourself fool"
