Exercise is the joyful sunrise of health and success surely that brings all-round prosperity hence it should be done purely 

In our holy book, 'Gita' Lord Shri Krishana has said कर्मेषु कौशलम् योगः,.i.e yogis are the perfection in all works. Yogis is related to health. Health is related to fitness. Only a healthy man can be called fit. A healthy man can do and everything perfectly. So fitness should be our mantra, the motto of life. 

Why fitness is necessary?

A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. A body stricken by diseases makes life pitiable and helpless. We can not do any work with full energy and perfection with a feeble and sick body. 

A weak and sick person can not concentrate on anything for long hence complete success remains daydreaming only. So good health is the rock upon which the grand palace of success and power can be built. 

Success is followed by power i.e power of people, power of name and fame power of money and wealth. So health and fitness should be our priority because it brings in our life all prosperity. 

How can fitness be achieved?

There are a few steps which can lead us to good health and fitness- 

Regular exercise- 

Regular exercise is the first step to fitness Occasional or weekend exercise will give us some mental satisfaction of doing something for health but it will be a fruitless effort for health. 

Regular exercise is as necessary as daily food for us. yoga, gym, fast walking, running, playing any game daily and swimming are the various physical activities which can be followed according to our own liking and choice. 

If you hit that will keep you fit. If one is not able to do any of these exercises then climbing stairs daily three-four times will also be useful for a healthy body 

Healthy and fresh food- 

A healthy and fresh food also make a strong foundation of fitness. Our body burns a lot of calories after hard work so that should be compensated by the fresh food enriched in vitamins, protein. minerals, iron calcium etc which all are neccessary for the growth and energy of the body. 

Fresh and leafy vegetables, all seasonal fruits, nuts should be preferred keeping aside all fast foods and soft drinks. Healthy and fresh food give us energy. It makes our bones and muscles strong, keeps our heart healthy which can beat for us for long and makes our life long

Sound sleep- 

To keep fit, seven or eight hours of sleep is a must. Continuous hard work either mental or physical with no rest and proper sleep is a great danger for life Sleep relaxes our muscles and boost our energy that enabling us for daily activities.


Life is not a bed of roses. It is full of ups and downs. But a positive attitude towards life's problems will enable us to face every calamity strongly without losing our patience. Hurry and worry both are harmful to our health hence should be avoided. 

This positive thought that every night is followed by a sunny day and that every problem has a solution will enable us not only to face each and every problem of life positively and boldly but also help us to retain our health and fitness which is a great boon for us by God. 

Mental Health- 

Mental health is as necessary as physical health. Mental health can be achieved by uprooting all ill thoughts from our minds such as greed jealousy, enmity, hatred. All these make our minds sick and ultimately make our bodies sick. So all such unhealthy conditions of mind should be shunned off for good health. 

Be Active- 

Laziness is a slow death. A lazy can achieve nothing in life. He loses all fields of life physically, mentally and spiritually also. So to make life purposeful and successful both physical and mental activities are necessary. Activeness makes us fit and enhance our smartness. 


Good health is a treasure. It is a great boon. Lost wealth can be found easily but health if once lost demands great efforts so every caution should be paid to retain it. So fitness should be our to retain it. So fitness should be our mantra which should be chanted daily.

India is celebrating aajadhi ka Amrit Mohtsav to commemorate 75 years of independence. Azadi khamrit Mahotsav is a series of events organized by the government of India. As part of a comp fitness activities are also being conducted 

Fitness means the condition of being physically and mentally fit with good health it is the ability to carry out daily tasks with vigour and alertness without undue fatigue and with ample energy to enjoy life.

If you cannot enjoy your health"

It is said that "health is wealth". Every person in this world is concerned about fitness every person has his own fitness mantra for a fit body because mantras work to keep us motivated.

Similarly, there are some mantras in my life which I consider very important for fitness.

A balanced and nutritious diet:- Food prepared outside the home is not prepared in a healthier way as a result of which people start falling ill. Therefore, today a balanced diet has become the need of every person I take a balanced and nutritious diet every day 

Drinking enough water:- Drinking enough water is essential for good health, drink plenty of water to keep the body hydrated by drinking water your weight remains under control and extra fat is also reduced i drink 2 to 3 litres of water every day.

Exercise:- The benefits of exercising in the morning are amazing a morning workout is a great way to start your day I exercise every morning for half an hour and I get plenty of energy throughout the day to relieve stress and sleep is also good.

Yoga practice:- Yoga strengthens the muscles and makes the body fit this gives exercise to the body as well as the mind yoga is a very easy way to keep all kinds of diseases away from oneself I spend my time doing yoga every day in the evening and stay fit

Keep yourself happy:- It is believed that keeping yourself happy keeps your health good one should be happy in every little thing with this you will stay healthy as well as stay away from stress I always try to make myself happy 

In this way, following these fitness mantras, I lead a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Good health and fitness is not something which now can achieve entirely on our own. It depends on their physical environment and the quality of food intake. we live in villages, towns and cities.

Healthy and fit people enjoy their lives with great joy and peace. An unhealthy person can not enjoy life to the fullest. He cannot enjoy eating, watching sports or other luxuries of life. It has been said by our elders that health is wealth, we must take proper care of hygiene and cleanliness around us. We have to eat healthy and complete Food promptly.

Beware of taking too much of everything.

Good health is wealth and the best thing.

On the occasion of the celebration of the 75th year of India's Independence, I would like to share my Fitness Mantra. A mantra is a positive affirmation that you will use every day to change your subconscious negative thoughts.

We should eat a healthy diet and always try to avoid junk food yoga and mediation to keep the mind and body healthy and fit.

Yoga improves balance, Flexibility and Strength Meditation helps the mind sharp relieves stress and anxiety and can strengthen the immune system.

We should do Surya Namaskar every day and so all breathing exercises, Sleeping so an important role in our physical and mental health. 

We should include brisk walking, jogging, swimming and biking. Strength or resistance training, exercise make your muscle strength.

The maintenance of physical and mental fitness is very important for a person to need to successfully and so best to the society. It is truly dais by buddha about health and Fitness that " To keep the body in Good Health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear" Staying Fit ensure a healthier and functional life.

on this occasion, I would like to share my fitness mantra a mantra is a positive affirmation that you will use every day to change your subconscious negative thoughts 

I follow four fitness mantras to lead my life healthier if we want to have a better physical body we need to follow the mantras of exercising daily eating the right food doing yoga and meditation and being sure to get good sleep 

we know that exercising is the best way to keep the body and mind fit and healthy but exercise does more than that it also acts as an immunity booster regular exercise can improve the quality of life 

I do at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day a healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition it protects us against many diseases eating a variety of foods and consuming fewer salt sugars are essential for a healthy diet 

I usually eat a healthy diet and I always try to avoid junk food yoga and meditation to keep the mind and body healthy and happy practising yoga improves balance flexibility and strength meditation helps the mind sharp relieves stress and anxiety and can strengthen the immune system 

Every day I do Surya namaskar and do meditation before I get into bed sleep plays an important role in our physical health it involves in healing and repair of a heart and blood vessels ongoing 

Sleep deficiency is linked to increased risk of heart disease kidney disease high blood pressure diabetes and many more having a good sleep every day reduce stress and improve our mood 

I usually get enough sleep I am living a healthy and happier life with the above-mentioned fitness mantras.

My Fitness Mantra on AKAM:- Fitness is to keep the body and mind fit ' Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, but It is also the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity".

I follow four fitness mantras to lead my life healthier. If we want to have a better physical body we need to follow the mantras of exercise daily eating the right food, yoga and meditation and perfect sleeping.

I do at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day. I eat an everyday healthy diet. It is essential for good health and nutrition. It protects us against many diseases. I usually eat a healthy diet and I avoid junk food.
