  1. Kabirdas ji was a prominent poet of the Nirguna Bhakti branch of Hindi literature. 
  2. Kabirdas ji was born in 1398 in Kashi near Lahartara. 
  3. He was brought up by a weaver couple named Neeru and Neema. Kabirdas ji was married to a woman named Loi, from whom he had two children. 
  4. He named his son Kamal and daughter Kamali. Kabir Das Ji considered the famous Vaishnava saint Ramanand Ji as his guru. 
  5. Kabir Das Ji used Sadhakkadi language in his compositions.
  6. Kabir's speech has been written in all three forms, Sakhi, Sabad, and Ramani.
